Not at all, if it's exclusive it'll be because someone has offered them money. No other reason, even then, why would they give it to the PS3, when GTAIV sold better on X360 ... such a bad business decision to make. Rockstar won't be thinking about yesterday (aka last gen) sales.

if you know even for GTA4 Rockstar furst went to SONY for exclusivity

they have a very good relation.SONY didn't want it as it wouldn't have mattered then as SONY would make a loss even if GTA4 sold consoles for SONY

 

also they did exclsuvity deals for their future 3 games to be exclsuive to PS3 but no game was indicated

and yeah they would give it to anybody who gave them money but do you think only MS would give them money and SONY won't?

yeah GTA4 sold  better but just a bit,even after they had a lead,that shows you that even on a lower base they sold only a bit more so please don't argue on this point
