Sorry if somebody else already pointed it out, but first two days in America and EMEAA and first day in Japan means 24th and 25th November, they DON'T include Black Friday, of which the contribution to first week sales has still to be tracked and added (besides weekend shopping for EMEAA and Japan).
Pity that Finnish first day sales didn't scale up linearly to EMEAA sales, but it could have been expected, as the Finns are more cars and racing enthusiasts than EU average.
