BHR was right. Black Ops (PS3) has a higher first week. We're overtracking Reach in EMEAA. Chart Track has Reach selling 509k in the UK in September which through process of elimination puts our non-UK EMEAA sales for the first 3 weeks at about 730k. But according to Nintendo's investor briefing Reach didn't crack the top 20 for January-September in Spain, Germany, and France. And most likely Italy as well considering how quickly it fell off the charts.

Why take Nintendo's number on Reach sales as definitive? Do they have access to Microsoft's sales numbers or something? It may or may not have been Reach; doesn't really matter that much. The numbers, however, are too close right now to declare it either way.
