Well, here are my impressions after roughly three hours of playing. I'll try to keep it as spoiler-free as I can.

Ahem.

So far, I haven't had much quarrel with the camera. Some minor hiccups here n' there, but nothing insurmountable.

The game's controls work just fine, but if you were expecting them to be as fluid and responsive as the Galaxy games', prepare to be disappointed.

The 2D stages are nice, but there's one thing, that bugs me about them: There is no period of invincibility after you take damage, or if there is, it's really short. If I get hit by a spike, I don't have the time to take enough distance, before I get hit again. And again. And before I know it, my health has depleted from full to empty. Annoying. (Other than that, he game isn't too frustrating, at least so far.)

The hub world is boring as Hell, but then again, so are pretty much all hub worlds in platformers. (IMO, at least.)

The graphics are pretty.

In conclusion; So far, it's a pretty good game. Nothing more, nothing less. But mind you, I'm only three hours in. My opinion can (and probably will) change, as I play more of it.
