I lost 65kg with these methods:
1. Do not drink anything with more than 1g of carbohydrates per 100mL. No caffeine or Alcohol. Vitamin water is a BIG no-no
2. Drink AT LEAST 2L of water per day
3. Protein shake breakfast and lunch, Protein meal for dinner (Steak, chicken, eggs etc) No high carb cooking oil. Use a George Foreman Grill or Olive Oil
4. Eat up on Vegetables. No higher carb vegetables though (no corn, potatoes or peas, and limit the carrots). If you feel hungry, have some more vegetables.
