Is this really necessary? I mean, I dont think ANYONE thought it would do much more than what other cod games have sold on wii at launch.

It will surely sell more than one million eventually like other cod on wii, and it had a great start compared to other cod wii games

 

I still find almost incredible that successful 3rd party multiplats sell so little, compared to the others, on Wii, that BTW has the largest user base, unless the Wii port be incredibly sloppy, or unless, really, its user based be so biased in favour of Ninty games, to heavily penalize 3rd parties whatever the quality.

I dont think a game that glitches and the online the first couple weeks you could barely get to work as a 3rd party quality game. But really the sales are not surprising. Even the people that owna Wii and one of the other systems are going to buy it on that other system. The one thing the Wii would have better on a FPS is the controls and even then some people disagree with that. Not to mention we got Goldeneye close by too and if you played them both the revision of GoldenEye is better in just about every way and it sales on the Wii show it.
