Well I am a rarity. I'm on medication that causes severe weight gain. I started a diet for two months only eating fruit and vegetables fish and chicken. I cut off the fat and skin and drank pretty much only water or vitamin water. I worked out at the gym for an hour to two a day.

And guess what after two months of pushing myself and eating right. I lost a single dang pound. I went to my doctor and he told me to keep it up and after a year I could loose 12-pounds. I pretty much said F-U and returned to my unhealthy life style.

I beg my doctor to put me on something else, but he tried in the past and the other pills just don't work. I gained almost  100 pounds in one year.

On the plus side while I was dieting and excersizing I didn't gain any weight. On the negative I didn't loose any either. I'm 270 and only 22! My doc says I gave up too quickly but my dad who did the same diet and excersize I did, but cheated with one food item a day. He lost 15-pounds in one month and stopped for the second month while I worked my but off and lost a single louzy pound.

Try this:

  • No sugar
  • Limit carbohydrates
  • No root vegetables, no fruit
  • Drink only water

Im on medication which probably isn't as bad with something similar. Im currently about 40 pounds over weight but im managing to lose a couple of pounds a week. The trick is to avoid insulin production because insulin causes people to put on weight even when on a starvation level diet.

That and Vitamin water is actually pretty unhealthy for you.

Yep its not a sustainable long term diet, no. However its a great way to shed pounds when they are otherwise difficult to get off.

Tease.
