Man with such a crappy television ad campain at least in Canada. I mean the ads are on at 2AM in the morning, sure I'm still up watching but what other potential buyers are up watching According to Jim re-runs.

This is gold for THQ since they are the only ones who can make the peripheral. Nintendo has given them an oppertunity to sell a peripheral on the Wii. If Nintendo wants to make games for it or other publishers do it will only result in higher sales for UbiSoft. Already the device has almost as many unique titles as the balance board if other publishers jump on board THQ will be rolling in the dough.

But I have to say I'm dissapointed to see them proving their point. After Deadly Creatures THQ said hardcore games don't sell on Wii they said only casual and party games sell. Now they release a casual device with casual games and their going to make a mint. Proving in their minds once and for all that the Wii is only good for casual games. I'm sure other publishers are watching as well and see them proving their point.

This is a bad day for hardcore games. But for THQ it couldn't be a better one. Also for soccer mom's and casual gamers this is another great reason to own a Wii.

Ummm I disagree. 3rd parties have made their mind a long long time ago on these issues. Since that is the case, would you rather the Udraw failed? That wouldn't prove anything regarding "Hardcore" games, all it would do is prompt "the Wii market is completely dead" declarations...
