Hmm this is tough. Many of my favorite games of all time are on the N64. But I'll give it a try:

1. Mario Kart 64

2. Goldeneye

3. Super Mario 64

4. Super Smash Bros Brawl

5. Mario Party

The console was truly a multiplayer paradise.
