Those guys can't innovate, they just stick to a successful formula and milk it till it crashes, instead of cycling for 2 or 3 years the same franchises.

 

 

Activision have done what most publishers wish they could do, they've changed the face of the  industry 4 times. Pitfall, Tony Hawk, Guitar Hero and Call of Duty have all had such a resounding impact on the industry and it's mainly because Activion have been willing to take risks and innovate.

I don't like Activisions business methods at all, but to to say they can't innovate is just ridiculous. They've released so many ground breaking games in their lifetime that they could easily be placed on the top tier along with Nintendo, Sony, Capcom, Sqaure Enix and Microsoft.
