Biggest gen ever or will every gen outdo the last?

Well if we include Japanese and DD PC sales, Black Ops probably broke 10 million.  I can't really see this gen taking all the top spots though.  That would mean we'd need 7 more 4 million launches.

That's what I was thinking even though it is 8 of the 10 it's not 1-8 of the top 10.  Since 4 and 5 are last gen that means only 3 games have beaten them so far so that as you said it would take 7 more 4 million lanches. So I'm pretty confident that this gen will remain with 8 of the top 10 although it will probably push 4 and 5 down a bit futher.
