thats the pussy's way of doing it... Crash soup diet, low cal soups 2wice a day with a hell of a lot of excersize and you should drop like a rock! i lost 15 pounds in 2 days this way...

 

or just don't eat... chew gum all day and brush your teeth when you feel hungry, should take some of the hunger away

All serious first option is best, spread out meals, ( try 5 smaller meals a day than 3 big ones) personally im on a yogurt and smoothie diet, don't know why but its working for me so far


LOL, that is so true! I've just come to notice that every time I brush my teeth my hunger alleviates. Thanks.
