Seriously though, it's all about eating right and doing some light exercise. I'm on the fat side right now but I lost 50 pounds before I went to college and the best thing for me was not to starve myself. If you get hungry eat negative calorie veggies like lettuce and celery and do a quick 20 or 30 minute workout. I ate fruit for breakfast, a low calorie sandwich and a fruit for lunch and a good sized dinner. In between meals I ate lettuce and celery, like a rabbit.
