I did a little digging into what Marvell is actually producing and the products they have demos for seem like an odd match for a game console. But that doesn't mean that they couldn't produce the CPU for Nintendo's next console; after all, Nintendo has never used an "off the shelf" CPU on any console, and if they decided to use a Marvell based CPU I would bet that it would be heavily modified.
With that said, I wouldn't be that surprised to see a new entry into the console buisness at this point in time ... While it would be unexpected and unusual, a company could create an android based home console and try to encourage small developers to produce games for them that were digitally distributed.
