lol I never said shinra wasn't a corrupt government. And it even says that innocent people died because of people dieing near the reactors that avalanche blew up.
It's like blowing up a factory that causes pollution it would still be terrorism wouldn't it. And pollution is still hurting the planet isn't it?
Avalanche blew up a reactor. Before Shinra dropped a sector in retaliation against avalanche.
