Overall yes. Much due to the fact that the government issued something called "home computer", roughly translated. Which made it possible for every working man or woman to claim a computer tax free, and have a monthly payment deducted from your sallery. Also the overall tech infrastructure is top notch. 100/100mb internet connections is basicly standard etc. Which help contribute to the overall PC success.
