I thought in some interview, but also someone here on VGChartz asked Nintendo via email and they responded to have no current plans, but that nothing was definite yet (but you know what that means...)

EDIT: shit, I mean Xenoblade! I know nothing about Last Story's localization.

To be honest, I have no expectations of either of these to be localized any time soon.
