They've both been selling above expectation (MS and SCE expectations), but there is definitely more demand for Kinect, due in part to the marketing campaign that has successfully ingrained the product into general public awareness. Average consumers have heard about it, and many are interested in buying it.
It's virtually guaranteed that shipments will continue to sell out quickly throughout the holiday season.
I see no reason why Move will not continue to sell in line with the revised SCE projections although the only thing I imagine will continue to run in and out of stock are the standalone controllers. Personally, I've only seen them in stock once at any retail outlet since it debuted. Amazon keeps running out of them as well and as a result, vendors are charging ridiculous prices with just over $70 being the absolute cheapest.
That tells me SCE could probably be shipping a lot more controllers.
