When a company sells you "insurance" on your X-Box 360, THAT company replaces the unit. Not Microsoft. So if you buy Black Tie Protection from Best Buy, THEY replace the unit. That counts as another sale, and if you can't understand that, I don't know what else to say.
I'm just gonna pretend I'm a Nintendo Fan-Boy and troll you. HAHAHA! NINTENDO SOLD MORE! They always will!
Since you don't understand intelligent discussion.
Microsoft doesn't HAVE to acknowledge that. Microsoft doesn't have to come out and give a press conference about how their numbers are inflated due to people getting replacement systems for RROD problems. They don't have to come out and admit their sold unit numbers are actually SHIPPED units, not sold units. They're just facts.
If you can't understand/believe or whatever, that's your problem as a Microsoft fanboy that doesn't want to admit it. The 360 did not, outsell the Wii. And the numbers of systems they have wouldn't be as high if they didn't have such a HUGE fail rate on the first 3 generations. Period.
