HAHAHAHA! Have you ever even been to Japan? Or even lived there? No, I didn't think so... Mr. Mythbuster at work? I think so, and I happen to be fairly sick of Mythbusters tbh...

OT: Walked around Shinjuku and Akihabara today. Lots of marketing and instore demos going on. Too bad NO ONE even stopped to have a quick glance of this thing called Kinect.

I love Japan...

I need to visit japan to understand a japanese government internal study???  oh ok then.  oh and have you ever been to the average UK house?    These stats arent made up, they are fact.  and accoprding to you Nobopdy would even stop to glance at kinect in Japan...? Go hate elsewhere.

Yes you do! you actually do. because obviously you have no experience. and yes, I have been in a few UK homes, I actually have friends around the world and lived a lot of places, so I know at least a bit and don't look at some shitty graph or whatever.

go hate elsewhere? you can't even provide experience, only some random survey from 2003 that could be skewed with farm houses and all types of shit. the average GAMER in japan does not usually live in luxury, or at least none of my 20 gaming friend in japan do.. but hey, what do i know!? I guess some random dude from UK has the 'all seeing eye' lol..

yes, according to me, no one took a glance at kinect, you know why? because I saw it with my own eyes. you have nothing. nothing but love for everything MS related.

Well I went to try out Kinect (at Bic Camera in Nagoya) this past weekend and there were plenty of people checking out the Kinect. I wasn't there for that long, but 2 people tried out the Kinect demo before I did.

I even got this "clear file" for trying out the demo (from the MS Kinect people there to help).

ah ok. maybe Nagoya is different than tokyo at noon on a saturday. because the only ones I saw trying out kinect were the demonstraters, shouting "kinect, kinect". however, they were the only ones even looking at the screen.
