Critic review wise Rock Band and Dance Central would be pretty big exclusives to have for MS, namingly Rock Band as thats the best rated music game on the market. Guitar Hero does not appeal as much anymore and does not garner great reviews as of late.
Would be good for MS since they've been lacking exclusives the last few year or so.
It's just that simple.
