I'll have to check them out.  I tend to either buy duty free at airport (I travel a fair bit with work so not as odd as it might sound) or Amazon for pre-orders. I'll have a look.

My first instinct was to assume they were subpar to Amazon, due to Amazon's massive dominance.  Bad deals I guess?

I've used ShopTo several times, always comes a day or 2 before release date. Never had a problem! They are a reputable company so I don't know why there are so many complaints about them
