Sad, I liked his reviews and ign is officially dead to me.
Now one of the last ones that actually likes nintendo is gone.
Eventhough he liked Nintendo he was very objective and he game handhelds their respect while most other people saw them as jokes (on ign of course)
I heard on gaf that ign is no longer divided by teams so anyone of hates nintendo can review their games.
edit: And to think that ign started as n64.com dedicated to nintendo. now all the nintendo guys are gone :(
