| Dand said: Hello guys, i am thinking to get the game this holiday, so i would like some info. Do the local multiplayer works well? Does it have some framerate problem? I didn't notice any framerate issues, but local multiplayer (split-screen) is limited to the Arena quests. Straight up Monster Fights that limit you to pre-choosen equipment set-ups. Is it possible to play online with people that have Wii-speak if i don't have one? Yes, but you'll only be able to hear those people if they're on your friends list. Aside from that there is a sluggish in-game keybaord for text chat. (You can plug in a USB keyboard to speed this up.) And you can have up to 15 customizable short phrases to use. Are the local multiplayer quests the same as the online ones? Local Multiplayer quests would be Arena Quests. As said before, they're straight up fights that give you certain equipment to fight with. Arena quests tend to cut out some of the more time consuming elements of the game. You could also attempt to solo or online with another player. Is it easy to find people to play online? Even more than 6 months after launch? Last I checked, peak hours times tend to have a few thousand players. More than enough to find group. Thanks for the help. |
