My TV and everyone I know is 60hz with every gaming system out there and NONE of them have ever had a visual issue from blur, etc.
Its just not that big of a deal. Plus when you really look into it, they almost all only have 60hz systems and use PR trickery to state a higher rating. At least that's what I discovered during months of research during end of 2009/beg 2010 when I bought my Sony 46".
