| Festus said: I always thought that I was the only one that liked Wii Boxing. I found it to be the opposite of a waggle or button masher. I spent lots of time on the game and found that it was all about finding the rhythm, getting in the pocket, hitting and not being hit. Once I got the technique down no one could touch me, just like Roy Jones Jr. in his prime. I have not played kinect yet, but when I get the chance I will be judging it based on Boxing, Bowling and Tennis. I hope that the kinect does a great job on these, as I am a motion control fan not a console fanboy. I am also a big fan of Grand Slam Tennis, another game others hated and I found to be very deep in technique. |
Yeah I really enjoy Wii Sports Boxing as well, never really got into a debate with people that said it was broken, I know it's not as natural to get into as the others so it's understandable when people go in punching without reason.
As for Kinect Sports Boxing I really need more time with it but it's sorta similar without the dodging, might be a little while till I can get more time with it sadly.
