It's easily the weakest version from a technical standpoint (not including the Wii port). Lowest res, slowdown issues, etc. Although the odd thing is, reports say the PC version has similar technical issues (like inconsistent framerates), even on top end rigs (X58 platform, SLI GTX480).
If you had both consoles, the 360 would be the version to get unless you were dead set on playing with friends on PSN.
