Gamelabo is pretty hit or miss.  They have gotten some big things right before though, like Tekken DR on PSP or ACE on PS3.  Hell in that very thread you linked to, DQIX PSP was one of only 3 rumors, and the other 2 actually came true more or less (Cross Treasures and DSi).

They have also gotten a lot wrong before too though, like Soulcalibur DS or SRT PS3.  Again, they're hit or miss.
