Strange scenario for the Kinect launch at my local Media Markt.
I live in a town with less than 40k habitants, so the Media Markt is pretty small. There were about 20 Xbox 360 with Kinect (10 for 4GB and 10 for 250GB) PLUS 5 Xbox 360 250GB and 5 Xbox 360 with 4GB.
There were only 4 (!!!) Kinect standalone units. So I said I preordered mine and the guy walks to the storehouse and brings me my Kinect Kinect Sports (I had both on preorder). There were NO Kinect games on the shelves at all. Seems like they did not do anything to put the games up or to promote Kinect. So I can't even give you my anecdotal evidence.
Again 40k people living here... Might be different 35km away in Hamburg with more than 2 million people.
Imagine not having GamePass on your console...
