shipped != sales and tthose will be old figures ps3 would have sold and shipped more by the time they had finished putting reports together.

congrats ps3, and lol at all the denial in here, TOSE is a very professional company i seriously doubt that they would leak false numbers it would make them look bad, Oddly enough ninty uses them for outsourcing take that one and try and spin it

Its been confirmed to be wrong. The guys who made that article apologized for it.

 

The gap is in fact 3 million.

for all you know they was apologising for the epic meltdowns(i am joking), but anyway yes if it comes in as really a 3 mil gap then it is big big mistake made by them, and you will have my apology in the meanwhile i will wait for more info from nintendo later on in the year hopefully
