Hey guys, music making is a hobby of mine and I was wondering if could help me find some programs that could do any one of these things:
- Make a wobble bass sound (the signature sound in dubstep songs, if you didn't know)
- combine music clips together and layer different clips (I tried using movie maker to do this, but it frustrated me to tears)
so do you know any programs out there that do these things?
they don't have to be free, but i don't want like $300 things.
