They can't be compared since they arent in the really same exact situation. Jobs founded Apple while Iwata became President of Nintendo in 2002. Nintendo already existed for a hundred years.
But I must say that I like Iwata more than Jobs. I like his philosophy, the way he sees the market, his vision of the business. And I also like him being honest. He isn't afraid to share Nintendo's mistakes.
