Tough call. Without Steve Jobs there might not have been Toy Story 1,2,3 or incredibles. He funded Pixar through all their financial mishaps, and saw them blossom into what they are today.
Iwata has done quite a bit right for nintendo, but it's perhaps overshadowed by Miyamoto's genious game development. Iwata is in charge financially, but he's not necessarily the lead man in the eyes of many nintendo gamers.
