We are arguing for nothing because no evidence can prove what you are thinking and what I am thinking. But I think most of people will prefer to refer the figure from the sales reports published by hardware manufacturers and the figures from powerful tracking company like NPD, FAMI. If you like Tose report and if you do believe their figure, just believe it and tell yourself your dream comes true today.

Awwww! You're upset! This is just a thread that's open for discussion! Nothing in the forum rules against it. I personally don't agree with the numbers and I even said so in the original post! You really just shouldn't take tracking for granted. If a truckload of 360s disappeared on the road, they would have to ship more in, which affects shipped numbers, which affect sales tracking, because trackers like NPD don't track every single unit from retailers. They might for places like gamestop, but say I sold consoles on Ebay and Amazon and sold like 1,000 a week. NPD wouldn't be able to track that. See how easy it is to forget that even big strong powerful manly corporations like NPD could miss information?
I'm just making conversation and wondering how the numbers could possibly be true.
There could be a context in which it's true, where NPD wouldn't be able to correctly track the numbers.
