I was expecting it to be more than 10K down at this point. Taking a 10K deficit into Kinect release week is nothing.
If Kinect release week hits above the required run rate (American's/Continental Eurpoeans ask a Brit/Aussie/Kiwi/Indian/Pakistani what that means) then it's pretty much plain sailing from there.
I doubt 360 will hit the 1 million mark on 18/12 but if the Kinect effect is what it's expected to be it will be far enough ahead of target that not quite hitting 1 million won't matter.
