They certainly are. Despite PSP selling pretty terrible now it still has one price cut left in west and knowing Sony they start to flood developing markets with PSPs like they did with PS2 after it started to die in western markets. It's also impossible to PS3 or X360 to sell more than 100 million. Most people just don't use normal logic with these predictions.
