I thought that was true, that if you're not viewing from right in front then you lose the 3D or the image looks funny?
I doubt his true intentions were 2 diss them. He probably meant 'I hope they correct this and make people interested in 3 d generally'. Really, it does sound like an everybody wins situation especially if sony goes for the smartphone market with a PSP phone, meaning they'd no longer compete with nintendo directly.
