I'm gonna go ahead and say Ice Climbers DS will be confirmed (I wish)... Kid Icarus will be confirmed for Wii, and Retro Studios will unveil an original IP for Wii. Pikmin Wii and DS will be confirmed, and will be part of a push for greater DS/Wii connectivity. Both will be online, and definitely out in Japan by the end of the year.
I'm not sure if the PS3 has anything hid up it's sleeves, their 2008 lineup is already formidable, but Sony or a big third party may yet surprise me. I believe that Epic will release Gears 2 by the end of the year so that the third Gears can be multi-format (I think this may already have been said??). I also think Microsoft will announce something large, very pretty, and loud, to go up against Sony's lineup. What this thing is I'm not actually sure. Maybe it'll be Peter Jackson's Halo spin-off, playable at E3?
