Which would you say are the best prequel lightsaber battles, then?

None of them are particularly gripping, but Yoda vs. Palpatine and the duel in The Phantom Menace would be the two best.

Yoda vs Palpatine is the best lightsaber fight in the series behind the final battle in Episode 6.

Both fights have subtle things that if interpreted are awesome.
