I liked it quite a lot and watched it many times. It was not my first Star Wars movie, I was already a huge fan of the old trilogy and normally I like the idea of showing how everything began. The only bad thing about it was... Jar Jar Binks (expected, isn't it^^). The Jedi battles were cool, the space battles were really good, pod racing was great, etc.

I'm done.

It's the herd metality of a generation who no longer looks through the eyes of a child, but through the eyes of the jaded, "everything needs attitude" and witty one-liners generation they became. I'm guessing if at some point Qui-gon and Obi Wan had done a slow-mo, walking-away-from-a-huge-explosion-with-our-backs-to-the-flames scene the movie would have gotten a lot more approval from my genertion.

10/10 for me. Depending on my mood, it can be my favorite SW movie.

Kickass battle at the end

Finally getting the first glimpse of fully trained Jedi in their prime

The beginnings of Palpatine's plot
