DKCR is wiimote & nunchuck only afaik? People were asking about CC/Pro, GC pad or wiimote NES style support, but nothing's confirmed yet. :/
Muramasa and NMH2 are still only on Wii as of now. There were rumors about Muramasa XBLA/PSN ports though, and Marvelous said they'd like to do a 3DS conversion (YES PLZ!).
