They're only for games which shipped product the past 2 quarters. Hudson has plenty of other great sellers this gen not on the list (Bomberman Blast, Kororinpa 1-2, Momotaru DS/2010, Karaoke Joysound, etc).
Deca Sports does have significant drops, but then Hudson continues supporting the older titles after sequels release (unlike a lot of publishers). The original game still shipped 180k for the past 2 quarters even, and the second still shipped 100k.
