True.  The sales week ending 1/5 will have the 12/30 and 12/31 sales.  But we can somewhat estimate that at least 1/3 of the sales will have occurred then.  Why 1/3?  Many if not most stores will be closed New Years Day.  With others getting Monday off or half off, Sunday/Monday was more like a weekend than a part weekend/weekday.

 Probably isnt thread worthy, but otherwise you would have wasted your time trying to find one that was thread worthy to comment on.  And I think for some, (not you, of course, ;) ) to respond with any info to back up their comments is much too hard for them!
