Good man. I'm in Albuquerque - there is an all night place called Federicos that looks like they have Carne Asada. I've been ordering ahead of time though. I prefer it as tacos or standalone with Guacamole / Pico De Gallo. Its such an elegant food - every time I eat it I wish I had a time machine to thank the Mexican dude who invented it.
