I reckon Nintendo will wait until 2012, give at least 1 year separation from the 3DS release in 2011.
I guess the question is wheather Microsoft will launch a new console in 2011, to be honest I doubt it since as they've invested so frigging much into kinect, as for Sony, they'll simply want to rake in as much money from the PS3 and move before doing anything, also they'll probably release the PSP2 in 2011 as well.
