I think Nintendo is ecstatic about Move and Kinect because it means neither Sony or M$ will realistically be able to do a new console now until at least 2014.
So I don't think it would need to be on par with a 720/PS4, just be slightly more powerful than the 360/PS3 and release a Mario and Zelda in HD at launch and you would sell ridiculous numbers of consoles.
