Big loss. He hasn't done anything great since Onimusha. In fact, he's had a part in all of Capcom's big recent flops (Bionic Commando, Dark Void, Lost Planet 2) along with RE5 and the new dmc which were met huge backlash from fans. Most overrated man in gaming ever.

He produced Dead Rising games... which are better than Onimusha games any day of the week.

Onimusha 1-4 are 10000X better then Dread Rising!

Onimusha is a 1 trick pony.Its a mirracle they made 4 games out of it. Onimusha 1 = onimusha 2...and Onimusha 3 = Onimusha 4.

Mash button, block a few times, suck souls...rinse repeat. Its not a bad game, but its like a mishmash of elements found in better games...

Dead Rising has 10X the variety of Onimusha and one find ways to amuze themselves, even if they are not in to midless zombie killing mood.

All I can say is I would rather play the  Chanbara horror that is Onimusha then the Grindhouse that is Deadrising. because  Deadrising is amid at people that prefer Western Style Games not a Japanese Style Games.   

also Onimusha is Big in Japan because it is combination of Demon Anime/ real historic people and advents of the Sengoku period.

also by definition if any film or game has more then one and therefore is a sires it is not a one trick pony
