For me 

1) EarthBound and Mother 3 (who could choose between them D:)

2) Chrono Trigger

3) Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door (note it was hard for me to choose between Chrono Trigger and this for #2)

I figured I'd get a free quote from you. I almost put Chrono Trigger as #3, but last time I tried to replay it I lost interest before I got anywhere, and who knows if Mario RPG would suffer the same fate. But Mother gets played through 100% every time I start

I've lost count of how many times I've played through Earthbound now I plan on starting that tradition with Mother 3.
