Sony currently has software pegged at 350m shipped. Which is a long way above the 277m sold that VGChartz has. Definately needs looking into that.

Keep in mind not every game is tracked in some regions.  Also some games have sales figures, but they weren't tracked weekly so they don't factor into the LTD SW numbers on the weekly charts.

At the end of FY 2007 VGC had SW at 42.6 million compared to 71.2 million shipped.  Granted it is harder to tell how much of that was just stock sitting on the shelves and how much was games that weren't tracked early on.  Although it seems VGC has sales at only about 20m for this last quarter which seems pretty low.
