Read this again... "I'm implying Sony shipped as many consoles retailers are willing to accept. MS on the other did not."
Hence, I'm not saying business are going to "except" or even accept extra PS3s. I'm saying they received what they are requesting. To the contrary, they may not have all they requested from MS.
These shipment numbers are from the end of September. Perhaps MS made a huge shipment of consoles in October.
